WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
We offer a flat rate with our sports sessions. Price includes ALL DIGITAL IMAGES emailed in an online gallery. You will be able to download, use and print images as you wish. When we come and photograph, we do not limit the amount of poses or the amount of photos that we edit. We are there to provide as many awesome photos and give athletes a great experience! The more athletes we have though, we are usually pressed for time a bit more and we do have a lower amount of photos given.
WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Custom Banners and Prints are NOT included in the total cost. You can also order these banners for non-seniors too! When we upload your images into the online gallery, you are more than welcome to order prints and another other products as you wish but it is not required.
Travel fees help cover our time setting up and taking all of our equipment/lights down (typically 1.5 hours before a shoot - 30mins after a shoot) as well as mileage and any other travel expenses we incur.
We typically have anywhere from 3-5 large lights, backdrops plus our photography equipment. Our king chair, for example, takes a special vehicle for us to move it. Whatever the travel fee is-- we can either collect this in full from the group OR we can divide it up evenly so that when individuals book with us - the travel fee is covered.
If we do travel to you for your session - we require a minimum 20ft x 25ft space per photographer/setup if we are shooting indoors.
TRAVEL MINIMUM:
We require a minimum of 15 confirmed and booked athletes in order for us to consider traveling to you or to your location. For groups less than 15 individuals - we are more than happy to host you inside our studio in downtown North Wilkesboro.

LARGE PROPS/KING CHAIR:
If we are traveling to you and you are requesting for us to bring our large king chair we will add on an additional $150 to help cover the cost of transporting the chair since it requires a special vehicle.
OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS:
If we are traveling more than 2-3 hours away from our studio in North Wilkesboro, there will be a $150 fee added on that will help cover an overnight accommodation.
NEW TEAMS / NEW SCHOOLS:
We do not take on new teams often but will consider it if it's a right fit for us! At this time, we are not interested in taking on any large leagues, volume sports programs and we are not looking to take on full schools. The way we work is all about giving athletes an experience and more one-on-one attention when photographing. We really enjoy working with smaller groups and like to limit our time to less than 40-45 kids during one given day.
WHEN TO BOOK:
If you are able to travel to our studio - it will be easier for us to work you into our busy schedule. We are usually booked out at least two months in advance for sports teams. We suggest booking at least 3-4 months in advance of when you think you will need your team photos made. July, August, November and December months get booked up quicker than most so we suggest that you reach out to us at least 4-6 months in advance if you need anything during that time. We have some programs that like to schedule even a year in advance which is great with us! We love to plan ahead.
OUTDOORS OR INDOORS?
You'll notice that most of our dramatic media day photos are taken indoors or inside our studio. We can do outdoor photos but if you are wanting lights, fogs and the full on effect - inside is where we need to be! Plus we don't need to worry about the weather when we are planning for an indoor shoot.
HOW TO BOOK:
Once you are ready to book/reserve a date - we will create a special online booking page that will allow parents to go online, read information on what to expect and they will also be able to pay a non-refundable deposit to book their Athlete's spot for their session. This will help give us a final estimate on how many people plan on coming for that day and also help us to collect parent info/emails too.
The final balance for the session will not be due until the day of the session.
PLEASE NOTE: If your school/program will be paying and covering the total cost (or a portion of the cost) for photos- please let us know ahead of time so we can set this up correctly online.
